cats eatinf rubber bands

i got up this morning to find the remains of a rubber band on the floor my cat i believe has chewed it up and over half is missing  what should i do ? please get back to me as soon as possible   thankks Di Bromson

That is not good but it is better than it being the whole thing which could wrap around his intestines.

Watch his poop carefully. You need to see if he passes it. Get some people tuna in oil and drain the oil into a bowl and give it to him to keep him lubricated.

He should be OK, but keep a close eye on him and take him to the vet if he has any signs of distress or pain, or if he quits eating.
