My Kitten   Hi i was wondering how much to feed this kitten as we found it in the storms and we don't know how old it is its a girl. thanks

It's tough to give you a good estimate on age based on the photograph but I will say that she is probably over 7-8 weeks because her eyes aren't blue. If you would like a slightly more accurate guess you could always weigh her on a kitchen scale that measures in lbs - the general rule of thumb is one lb of body weight per month of age for the first 6 months or so. I think that she will do well on a canned kitten food. I would suggest that she sees a vet as soon as possible to be dewormed, vaccinated and checked over for any health issues. With kittens this young you feed them as much as they will eat in 4 meals per day - they need all of the calories and nutrients that they can get to help feed their energy and growing bodies and they generally won't eat more than they need to meet those demands. She looks like quite a little cutie - be sure you have her scanned for a microchip just in case she is someone's lost pet. Provided that she isn't someone's lost pet enjoy your new baby!
