skin disease-spitz

we have a golden miniature spitz /japanese spitz at home.its just 3.5 months....we have noticed somekind of skin disease developing around its nose area  below the eyes.......

can u suggest some treatment for the same n some tips for its safe care............

we are in India.

At 3.5 months old, I would be concerned about skin mites/mange, but I can not diagnose your puppy over the internet.  He really should be taken to the veterinarian for a checkup and possible skin scrapings or skin cultures to find out what is wrong with his skin.
