eating batteries(dog)

My 4 month old pup ate 2 aaa batteries, how dangerous is this?

Hi There!It may come up or it may get stuck in the pylorus, a muscle att he end of the stomach leading into the intestine. You should have the dog X-Rayed to see if it is still there. Sometimes the vomiting is a response to irritating chemicals or metal against the stomach wall. The dog may need something to take care of the gastric irritation.
