Questionmy cat is 3 years old. I had a vet check her but got no answer. she is healthy(eating, drinking, bathroom, playing)
but she breaths heavy most of the time.
what could be wrong?

What did your veterinarian say? Were radiographs taken? Is your cat open mouthed breathing? if so, you should have her evaluated again. Cats can develop asthma (especially if you or someone in your household smokes), and heart problems.
It is difficult to determine what is wrong with your cat without examining her. Have her doctor look her over and request radiographs and bloodwork; that will help you to come to a definitive diagnosis.
