Question
Im the sleep expert on this site and have a question. I have a little 11month morkie her back baby teeth have not come out they are up but her adult ones  grew right next to them.  Unfortunately she is spayed already, and i didnt think of having thewm removed and she was only 6 months when spayed so they told me to wait.  I give her chewies and once in awhile do see some blood the teeth are not impacted they are up. I cant afford another vet bill am on disabilitymyself.  Is it really necessary to remove them. I sthere anything I can try even homeopathic to loosen them other than chewies.

Answer
At this age, if they were going to loosen up themselves, it would have been happened already.  Unfortunately, they will need to be extracted.  That means anesthesia, which you cannot do at home.  The bad thing about retained baby teeth is that they push the adult teeth into malalignment with the other teeth, which can influence chewing as well as the joint in the jaw.
