accidently gave double the dose of strongid T will this harm my 4 month old cat

Strongyd is relatively non-toxic and it stays mostly in the digestive tract without being substantially absorbed. You should not see a toxicity reaction at that dose.  There really is nothing to do at this point, but if the cat shows any unusual signs, then have your vet look at the kitty.
