My dog at a some of my friends cat food is she gonna get sick? And is it okay if she eats canned chicken in water that we eat?

She might have some diarrhea or could even vomit it up, but that should be the extent of it. However, canned chicken is not really okay because it's very high in sodium and she shouldn't be eating any human food at all.

Deviate from that and you can cause the above digestive issues. So stick to his regular food and if he eats food that is not of good quality it would be more cost efficient for you to buy his a higher quality food that he will need less of (costing you less in the long run) instead of a cheaper food that he will have to eat more of (thus costing you more) just to get his energy needs met.
