accidents

Question
We recently adopted a 9 year old cockapoo. She had been paper trained by her previous owner. We quickly and easily trained her to go outside. Things were going great for the first couple of weeks. Now for the last three weeks she has been having accidents all over the house. Even after she has just been outside. I've tried to put her papers down in the house for her to use, but she is just going right next to them not on them. What happened, she had been doing so well?

This is most likely a medical problem and not behavioral.  I would recommend having a urine sample checked to rule out urinary tract infection or diabetes.  If the urine sample is normal, the she should have blood testing to check for kidney or liver problems.
