my dog started shaking, panting and is clingy

I have a 1 year old female Maltipoo who suddenly started shaking, panting and is clingy. Her nose is wet, but is neither hot or cold. She has not been vomiting and has not had any diarrhea. She was running and playing and now seems lethargic.

If your pet is  lethargic, take her to your veterinarian for a physical exam. Often a "wait and see" attitude can cause your pet to get sicker as you wait to see if the symptoms will go away or if they will get worse.
