DOG HAS UPSET STOMACH

My pug is 10 years old.  Always been healthy.  She has been waking up with a gurgling stomach for about 3 days around 5 am and then she sometimes throws up some foamy spit and then goes back to bed.  She is acting fine and eating normal also stool is normal.  I give her pepto to settle he stomach and she is good again but it seems to happen again and only in the morning.  Should I change her to a bland diet for a few days to see if that helps also?

Yes, why don't you put her on a bland diet for a few days.  Also, continue with the Pepto a few more days.
Call the vet if she isn't better in 72 hours.
