baby kitten not eating

Question
I am fostering 3 baby kittens for a local shelter and one has all but stopped eating and has a very loose poop sometimes liquid.  The shelter has had me put all three on Albon for 21 days and I am making the kitten eating so she doesn't dehydrate.  Is there anything else I should be doing?  Please help.

Answer
The Albon will help with any worm burden that the kittens have and making sure that the kittens are fed very frequently (every 4 hours minimum) is the most important thing of all since they can dehydrate very quickly at this age.  Keep them warm, sometimes too low of body temperature will cause them to stop eating. Offer them a heat source, but also space to crawl away from it in case they get too hot.

Apologies for the delayed response and if you have any further questions please feel free to write back.
