hello. my male maltese has been vomiting a white frothy mucous and has tremors. should i take him in now?

Vomiting can be caused by many things as simple as excess stomach acid and as dangerous as toxin ingestion, so without knowing further history it is hard to say for certain whether a trip to your veterinarian is definitely needed, however it would be advisable to do so if tremors continue, vomiting occurs more than a couple times or there is any chance that he has gotten into any toxic substances.
