why does a dogs leg are blue

the mommy dogs ohways carries my pupper on the leg. the other day i went to feed it .it was lay down and it have blue on its leg

Hi Sare!I would definately take your puppy to your veterinarian as the mommy dog may have broken the leg, broken blood vessles in the leg, or severed a vein.
It is not uncommon for mother dogs to carry their babies by their limbs, although this can cause problems for the baby!
I would definately have your veterinarian look at your pup's leg to ensure a quicker recovery from whatever injury ails him/her.
