9 week old farm kitten fine in the am later that day came back to eat and the skin from her lower jaw is missing, can eat and drink fine although tongue and some teeth exposed. Will she need a skin graph?

Oh Boy!  Please see a vet - Just so she can get some antibiotics..
You can alway say you can't afford a skin graft.  Just ask them to do the basics for this baby... With a good antibiotic and cleaning she may be fine ---Just a big scar!

Call the vet tomorrow and get the basics.
