Puppy Bump On Belly

Tonight I was petting my 3 week old puppy, which my dog just had, and I noticed a bump (cyst like) the size of probably a dime. Its a male dog and it is between the pups legs. It looks like its' balls have dropped but isn't it way to early for that. And another thing is that the bump is shifted a little bit more to the left of the belly (when I am holding the puppy looking down, this would be my left not the puppies left). What could this possibly be?

I am not sure where you are looking. If it where his belly button would be, then it's possibly a little hernia. If is it closer to the area where the testicles will be then it is likely the gland in there.

Unless it grows oddly it is probably just the normal glandular growth in that area.
