Guinea Pig

Hi I don't know if you have herd of this type of animal but since you do guinea pigs I will give it a try. I just got a Skinny Pig. There Hairless Guinea pigs. I have had him for a few days but now hes squeaking a lot when i pick him up and sometimes when i pet him. He rarely itches but his skin is starting to get a little red. Nothing serious but I'm still worried because if its mites it might spread or something. Do you have anything to say on the subject? Please reply soon. Thank You

I don't do guinea pigs. You must have read my profile wrong. I don't do any kind of pocket pets as I haven't had that much experience with any of them except rats and mice.
