If you are bottle feeding the kitten, it could be that the formula is too rich.  If the kitten is still nursing, it may have intestinal parasites.  Your vet will have to determine that.  Diarrhea in a young kitten can cause dehydration, so make sure that the kitten is hydrated by giving it water by dropper.
