Brown spots on my Yorkie

My 5 year old Yorkie Lucy, has recently developed brown patches on her underbelly.  It looks like dirt but doesn't come off when bathed. Do you know what this could be and should I take her to the vet?

If the brown spots are flat and not greasy, this could be pigmentation.  If there is any flake to them, especially around the edges, this could be a bacterial infection.  If they are raised and greasy, this could be a seborrheic patch and you should see your vet.
