My female had a litter on Aug 1st, and at first she was feeding them regularly but now her boobs are all scabed up and she won't stay there for more then 2 3 minutes at a time and I am not sure what to do.  I have no idea how much milk these lil guys are getting if you could respond as soon as possible with any advice it would be greatly appreciated.

You should take her to the vet.  It is likely that she has mastitis and will need treatment.   

You can try putting warm compresses on her and massage to encourage the milk to flow.

You should be weighing the puppies daily--they should gain weight EVERY Day.

I would recommend that you purchase puppy milk replacer and supplement their feedings with a bottle every 4 hours.  On the container it will tell you how much to feed each puppy according to weight.
