Question
I bought a 4 weeks old cocker spaniel 2 days ago and he's bitting and chewing almost everything like couches, clothes, leaves and even my hand and does not stop until i pick him up. Please help me.

Answer
That is perfectly normal behavior in puppies because they are teething.  You will have to train him to bite and chew on things that are allowed and discourage chewing on things not allowed.  Do not put your fingers in his mouth to let him bite on you.  Instead, give him a soft chew stick and encourage him to play with it.  When he bites on something he's not supposed to, pick him up by the skin over the neck and in a deep voice say "NO" and then give him something he can play with.
