my puppy.... :(

Question
My dog is half papillon half yorkie and he weighs about 3 pounds. He was
born december 20, of last year.
I woke up this morning to check on him and he was shivering a little bit.
Which isn't usually al that weird, but then I looked around and he had thrown
up an odd mucus like substance all over our bathroom.... and the back left of
his bottom was wet and he is continually scratching, biting and licking it. Im
not sure if its something serious or if it really is necessary to take him to a vet
or emergency care center. Any suggestions?

Well he certainly isn't feeling well He might have a pretty nasty digestive infection going on so I would take him in to see your regular vet if you can get it. Let them know he is young and very sick. That way they will find a spot for you.

Little, young dogs need to be seen quickly. They do not have a huge reserve to last with when they are ill.So get him in soon.
Don't feed him anything but encourage him to drink a little water.

I hope he feels better soon.
