Question
I have a bloodhound and I am fighting yeast. He has so much skin ( I use him for tracking) under his neck I have a time keeping it dry and clean.I bath him with bio groom shampoo. I am feeding a good food AVODERM grain free. Is there anything I can do for my boy?

Answer
Yeasts are going to respond to oral antifungal drugs like ketoconazole or fluconazole, special anti-yeast shampoos done DAILY for a week, like Mal-a-Ket, and possibly some steroids to decrease the inflammation that results in excessive oil production on the skin.
