what to do?

my pet mouse has been diggen its ear and its about half gone and it still looks red is there somthing i can put on it or do for the little guy ?

Being no expert on mice I can't tell you why he is doing this but if he is mutilating himself that badly you need to get him into the vets.
I would think that maybe he has mites. Mice do get them.
Call your vet and ask them if you can get him in tomorrow.
