Question
my australian shepeard is 3 yrs. old. she was always on purina dog food. I switched to nutro max gradually, then she was throwing up alot. so I switched to nutro natural for sensitive stomachs and she still threw up. why? what should I do?  it was yellowish and watery.  she never had this problem until I switched dog foods.  it's been about a week since her last throw up but that day it happened about 3 times.

Answer
Hi Shari!

when changing foods you have to do it very gradually, over a week to 10 days to not upset the stomach.

also watch for the type of protien in the food, your dog may be sensitive to that.

Purina is a good food, switch her back if you continue to have problems.
