older cat/sudden loss sight hear/disor

Question
i have a older female cat that has suddenly loss eye sight /hearing and seems disoriented,meows and walks slow bumps head into stuff, loss apetite, what could be wrong with her ? when i went to get her out of enclosure /chain link she had a slight oil residue on her hind legs -i washed her off, she is not throwing up , could some one have put something on her -wouldnt she be throwing up ?or -old age?

Hi Michelle.  I would definately get her to your veterinarian asap, or an emergency veterinarian in your area.  Because she was outdoors and had an oily residue on her hind legs, I would definately be concerned of an oil/anifreeze, ect., toxicity.  Vomiting isn't always apparent in these cases.  I would definately have her checked quickly, as if this is a toxicity, her symptoms will only grow worse and multiply.
I wish I could be of more help, but this would definately require a visit.
