upset stomach

My dog has been throwing up all day - 1st food, now yellow bile.  What can I give her that I might have in my pantry to help her upset stomach?

Are you sure the dog didn't get into something she shouldn't have? If it's been steady all day like that I think you need to get to a vet.

You didn't mention what you fed your dog today or what she did yesterday so I really don't have anything to go on. It could be parasites, could be something much worse.

Most likely giving her anything may interfere with a diagnosis. Go now!
