can I give my dog garlic on his mouth tumour to kill it. Will this be safe for my cocker spaniel?

You need something a lot more serious with cancer than garlic. There is a Yahoo group called Oleander Soup for pets that discusses many natural ways to fight cancer.

Oleander soup can be made at home for next to nothing or you can buy similar products from sources mentioned on that group. You can also learn about all sorts of treatments.
