My goldfish's scales changed colors from orange to white, whats wrong with it?

Hello,

This sounds to me like a water quality problem. You should check nitrites and ammonia and if either of these prove to be high, immediately change 20% of your water and add a double dose of denitrifier such as Cycle. Monitor your water closely over the next few days, and if the levels do not seem to be dropping so another water change with a little bit more Cycle.

Continue this until your water is again at a safe level.
