bubbles on top of water in my tank

what do I do I have bubbles on top of the water of my 5 gallon tank?

You have given a very generic topic. The bubbles may just be in fact air bubbles. Are you running a filter, are you running an air stone? Maybe you are running co2 in the tank and that would cause the air bubbles to form. You definitely want air in your tank so i would suggest if you have no already to to the filter above the water level to aggravate the water surface. The last thing you want is stagnant water. Or you may want to run an air stone to put air into the water. Anymore information is welcome but it seems your fine.
