my readings for my tank are as follows0 ppm nitrite,0 ppm nitrate, 6.0ppm ammonia, 6.0 or lower ph level i have angel fish,3 species of catfish, danios, blood parrot cichlids, eels, loaches, needle fish and some live plants and a few other fish that are exotic what can i do to keep them all happy and living

Hey Robert,

Sorry no one responded sooner, but raise your pH. a 7.0 pH is ideal in that tank, however you might want a new tank for your cichlids with a moderate amount of salt, and a pH of about 7.8 or so. Keep the tank around 77*F as well.

Because you've taken the time to test your water, i'm sure you've researched further into your fish by now, but that's the basics up there. Exacts on each fish should be researched via google! Read a few articles and you'll soon see a pattern that suggests the cichlids don't fit in. Otherwise, you've got a pretty nice tank (except you're REALLY low in the pH range.)
