oranda upside down

l got my oranda from the store aqua tropical in montreal and l had him for 3 years no problem one year ago l got dollar brand pellets and fed him after a few months he been upside down like he swim to the half tank then right back down and get attack by the other one he can't balance and end up stuck at the filter l cut the power to let him swim away and plug back the power l gave him 2teaspoon of salt for big al's store the best proffesional store in the whole town and the only in quebec and l tryed peas what should l do the guy at the A.T says just let it go and live it live but l want to help him and his tail is cuted like it when near a blade or something

it a orange white oranda the other one is a complete baby oranada just new and the last one baaby red capped oranda die like that l had a plant decor and rocks with wal-mart air bubble ship the pipe is new for big al's so is the heater checker tank 10 galllons filter and cartigare as well as the new two fish maybe one cause the other one dead help please thank you very much for helping me
