i have a question about my neon rosy barbs. i have 2 of them and there both soppused to be males. now one of the barbs are growing black on the tip of its fin. i researched it and it said that if its growing black on its fin its soppused to have babies. is this true? if so what should i because i already have a black molly that has a baby and it has bulging eyes and is white. we went to the store and got it treatment and it wont eat it what should i do?

Rosy Barbs are egg layers so unless you are sure you have a pair and a setup that allows them to spawn its not likely your going to get any fry from them.  Your Mollie has Popeye, its actually a parasite that is embedded behind the eye, sometimes medications work if you start the treatment early however more often then not the fish doesn't recover, its a good idea to add aquarium salt to the tank in the amount of 1 tablespoon per gallon of water and raise the tank temperature to about 82F, this will kill off the parasite and help bolster your Millies immune system.
