filter suction

Question
ok i have 60 gallon tank and have 2 filters one is a 100 gallon canister which was on the tank first, the secound one is a 90 gallon bio wheel power filter emperor. I first had the canister on my red eared slider tank which is a 55 gallon and i had it for about a month and it was fine but here is finally the problem they just stop flowing they run but they dont flow i've done everything and incase your wondering all i have in the 60 gallon is an Oscar and a small cunchi cat and a pleco. sorry for writing so much and if you have any questions regarding anything that might help feel free to ask.   Thanks

This could be a broken O ring, and if this is the case it can not be fixed at all and needs to be thrown away. Another problem could be that there is something that is plugging it between the output and the input. Does is sound like the motor is running or any sound at all?
