blackish purple spot on my female betta

I noticed what looked to be ick on my female betta today so I treated the tank with blue dye ick treatment. I came home from work tonight and it looks like she has a big patch of blackish purple on and around the area of her dorsal fin. The fin looks to be eaten and she's not herself. Help me please. What's going on?

I would guess it is either fin rot or a fungus. You should get a fungal treatment. Follow the directions exactly, including the water changes. Also, make sure there are no other fish in the tank which could be possibly picking on her as this will make it almost impossible for her to recover. I hope this helps.
