My fish has been on the bottom of the tank for a few days and has not ate. I dont know if its a female or male. What's wrong with it?

how big is the tank, what type of tank mates are there, what kind of decor/ live or fake plants, what are you feeding, is the water clean, have you tested it for ammonia or chlorine?

males are usually more thin and their anal fins are thin and long
while females are more rounded with a round anal fin.
