Fixing a cross bracing

Question
We just bought a 150gal tank for a saltwater reef.  In the process of adding the sand, we accidentally hit and broke one of the cross-bracing.  At this time we have only filled the tank a third of the way (enough to give the fish a home as we were upgrading from a 72 gal bowfront).  Is there anyway to fix this?  I have been reading on euro-bracing and wondering how hard it is to do?  Thanks!

Answer
Hi Lisa:  If its a clean break and the cross beam was plastic you may be able to drill two holes in it and bind it together with a stiff piece of plastic and some non-metal type wire or plastic ties... let me know if that works... you basically want to make a splint using two stiffer pieces of plastic... dave
