Question
i have one more tank with one betta and two snails that just finished excanging dna. i am afraid that betta will pigout on snail eggs. shoud i remove the snails, or let betta have a picnic?

Answer
Hi Nelli,
Its very unpredictable what the betta will do with the snail eggs. He may pick at them out of curiousety or hunger and he may eat the newborn snails as they hatch out. You might be able to move the eggs to another container if you want to save them. That would likely work out fine. The snails may also decide to snack on their own eggs also. So its basically up to you if you want to save the eggs or just let nature take care of them.

I really hope this helps!
Best of luck!
Karen~
