snails

snail   Hi
I have recently set up my aquarium and I have noticed I have a snail even though I haven't put it there please could u identify it and give me some advice on caring for him

If you added in aquarium plants to your tank recently, he could have hitched a ride into your tank on those. It is hard to tell by the picture, but it looks like he might be a Zebra Nerite snail. They can grow up to an inch. They eat algae, and it is best to supplement their diet with algae wafers which you can get at most stores that sell aquarium supplies.
