Yellow Platy with Spots

Question

Yellow Platy with spot   Large white spots appeared about on week ago. On tail, back and near eye. She also seems a little lethargic but still eating. She is the only one with it.
Any ideas?

seems fish specific or they all would have it.
Could be a fungus,does it look fuzzy?
Unless you have an isolation tank I would not
recommend treating the whole tank at this point.
You could do a salt water dip..non iodized salt, tablesspoon or so
to a couple cups of tank water...leave the fish in for 15mins unless it shows signs of
stress...
I would check the other tankmates and be sure that it is localized to this fish.
If it has spread at all then you will have to treat the whole tank.
I don;t believe that to be the case.
