I have had 2 swordtails for 1 month and the female is not pregnant. how long till she gets pregnant?

sword tails are kinda funny sometimes. But the are very easy to breed. Put the male in with the female and he will do a little dance for her, when she is ready they will breed. sometimes this can take a month or so. make sure the temp is about 79 degrees and you have hiding spots for the baby's. a neutral p. h. will be fine and neutral softness. if the p.h. is to high, or the water is to soft they wont breed, and will become stressed..

water conditions are always a big factor in breeding anything
