Piranah sickness

Good Afternoon,

I'm looking for assistance on treating my piranah.  Right now my piranah doesn appear to be normal.  There doesn't appear to be anything visible such as ick, eye cloud, etc.  But it doesn't swim normal, mostly vertical bobbing for air and occasionally swims upside down.  I would like to know how I can treat it so it doesn't die.

I don't really know much about Piranah but it sounds like Swim Bladder disorder (or disease I can't remember which it is).Swim Bladder is often the only sigh when something is seriously wrong. I would try some antibiotics since a bacterial infection (or constipation) usually causes this.
