Question
hi, i have a 40 liters aquarium and i would like you to give me an opinion on how much fish can i keep  in this aquarium and what type of fish are suitable (please give me names). thanks for your help

Answer
I believe that will calculate to about 10 gallons?  Assuming I am correct and the tank is a rectanlge tank and not a hexagon or some other style then you could have a few neons, and a betta for instance, or you could have two gouramis maybe and a couple of neons.
My son has a ten gallon, he has a large snail, two small snails, two gouramis and an eel, they all seem very happy.
The general rule is an inch of fish per gallon, depending on where you live and your math system, that might not make any sense to you.  (I had to remember how to convert liters to gallons)
Just remember, this is their home, you don't want to overcrowd them.  You wouldn't want to be in a two bedroom house with 10 people.
Ask your sales person for help.  Good luck!!!!
