Bristle nose catfish

My bristle nose catfish looks like he has got a hernia.  Is there anything that we can do.  Some days it looks bigger than others.  Is it anything to do with his diet, he does eat well and enjoys cucumber.

Poor thing. I'm not sure what to tell you about this one. But just keep an eye on him and continue feeding him a varied diet with romaine lettuce, zucchini, and cucumber for variety. And keep his water clean clean clean.
