tetra species

Question
I was sold some fish as black neons however I noticed these differences. The white stripe is duller and the upper portion of the eyes are blue. Can you identify this species?

Thank you for your letter. That's a question for the aquarium supply shop. They are the experts. You mught try http://images.google.com and put in different combinations of keywords until you get a fish that looks like yours, then see if the photographer identifies it.
