Soap in African Cichlid 220 tank

How can I clean up a tank which has mistakenly been contaminated with small amount of dish detergent. (quantity Unknowm but water is cloudy)

The best way is to remove the fish and scrub the tank clean. If there is gravel, and it were my tank, I would remove it ans add new. Soap is very hard to get out of a tank once it has been introduced. Once the tank is empty, add very hot tap water with a little bit of bleach. Once it's clean, leave the tank outside for the sun to dry. If when dry, you still smell bleach, rinse it again and place it back outside. Just remember, since you are taking the tank apart, you will have to recycle it before you add the fish back in.
