oscar sick?

ok i have 2 tiger oscars and fins are starting to deteriorate and small white spots are appearing on ones eye and also small white depressions on their skin are appearing to can you help

last what should i get for my bala sharks because they have ick and some kind of red bacteria i think that is what they said

It sound to me like you Oscars have hole in the head disease.    They need to be treated with an antibiotic that you can buy at your LFS.  I am not familiar with all the brand, but they should be clearly labeled as to what they treat.  
 As for your Bala Sharks, treat with a product that has malachite green for the ick.  I am not sure what the "red bacteria" is, but if you describe the symptoms your sharks are suffering from, then I can help you more.
