Cichlids in a 3 Gal

Hey Karen,
I have a 3 Gal tank (12.1L) and im really new in the Aquarium area so anyways i was wondering if i can keep one or more cichlids in my tank?
All help would be appreciated.

Hi Ismail,
I hate to be the bearer of bad news but that's an awfully small tank that really severely limits your choice of fish. The only cichlid I might say you could keep in that tank is the dainty little "Shell-dwellers" which are very tiny but interesting and unique in their own way.

Bettas and a few shrimp would be good too.
