Question
my fish has this white like bumps all over his body. I have not noticed theses before and believe they have only just appeared but already cover most of his body. I have 2 other fish 1 is a goldfish and the other not. I have just had one of my other goldfish die and don't no if its from the same thing. The goldfish with the white bumps on also has a shorter tall than normal i thought it might be from the other fishes biting it but i am not sure now i have seen these white bumps. I hope you can help me and tell me what medication i need to get if any at all.
thanks

Answer
Hi Leesha:  It sounds like ICH... which is called "the white spot disease"  It kind of looks like someone sprinkled salt on the fish...  Treat it with super ICH cure and raise the temperature in the tank to at least 76 degrees but not hotter then 78.  remove the carbon and expect to do water changes every other day.  If you have additional questions please just let me know... dave
