Question
Will a Tiger Barb kill a Cory Cat

Answer
In most instances, no, it shouldnt. A cory catfish is a bottom dweller, mostly, so it tends to stay out of the way from aggressive fish. However, each fish is different. I would advize trying it because a cory cat is a very fun fish and tiger barbs are very beautiful so its worth trying. Just be ready to keep a close eye on them for the first few days to make sure there is no initial aggression. After the first week, I would just periodically check in to make sure nothing has developed throughout the time you have the tank and the fish, this is because sometimes the fish changes and decides they do not like on of the other ones. However, its not a big issue once you know the two fish you have purchased work together, just a peek in here and there, most likely watching them eat would be good enough to see if they are still getting along. Good luck. I hope I have healped.
